There are tote bags. And of course there are Camera cases. But I like the bright color selection of the briefcases. I of course do not need the case until Spring. Which is a good thing. I have seen so many great looking camera bags out there. Sized just right for the extra lenses and the big body of the higher quality (and price) digital cameras.
I'll keep checking out CSN over the winter. New things are always popping up over there.
Any recommendations for a child proof, clumsy proof & pretty much any disaster imaginable proof camera bag? Maybe I should just get one of those metal exterior padded interior deals. With our/my history of camera incidents.

WOW! At first I was into the Hobo style but then when I looked at the snugglen style, I liked the closer to your body look-kinda messenger bag style fit. Thank you so much for that link. I never thought to look at Etsy for a camera bag. The prices are competitve too, so stays in the budget range I set. I have always just dropped my digital in my purse and after 3 yrs of the same camera, I now have to tape the battery pack shut & the pictures are not as clear as they once were. Hopefully it will hold out until the new one is saved up for. Besides, having such a nice case for my photo shoots may add to a more professional look- considering a little side job idea my lil brother had for me- the new camera is a must for the venture.;)
I'm glad it fits within your budget range, I've been really happy with mine. It was a self-bought birthday present last year. :) I have five kids so I love how padded it is...if the kids knock the bag around, my camera is still safe and sound inside. :)
