I have looked over the workshop schedule & WOW! There is so much to see & do.

Holy cow, I would love to go! So many people are talking about it, that it's done nothing except get me excited about it!
Oh whoops, forgot to see the "how to enter bit". I would be interested in seeing if you do anything with grapes -- I've got a whole ton of them, and want to do more than make juice with them.
Also, would be interested in seeing your pantry/storage set up. I love pantries.
I would love to see a post on home pressing oils. I have seen where a home press can be purchased for pressing but I hear mixed reviews on if it is worth the time and effort. Oil is one thing I still need to purchase but would love to provide for myself.

I'd love to learn about hand sewing. I have a basic knowledge of machine sewing (straight lines) but I would love to know more about doing stuff without electricity.
I have wanted to go, but it was too much $$ for this girl...but w/the weekend off, and being only hours away in Ohio, free tickets will have me knee deep in seeds saving ideas and composting fun all weekend long!
Honestly, I want to know EVERYTHING!!! LOL! We're just looking at buying land to start our homestead and I know almost nothing. Just enough to be dangerous I think! I'd LOVE to go to the show too, I think it would be so awesome!
I'll be in Pittsburgh with Shelby (Fresh Eggs Farm)that weekend, and we will definitely be attending! I would like to learn more about living without electricity, raising farm animals (mostly chickens, goats, cow, and bees...maybe pig?), herbs, and organic gardening. Looking forward to being there! :)
