Not a big deal to most of you, but thought I would share anyway...
5 years ago today at 4:34 pm, Lil Man was finally in my arms. We had hoped our second child would be a boy to complete our family.( once he became 2, I was hot on the one more baby trail which brought us Frog...) Panda was rather fascinated by the whole baby in the belly thing. Especially when he moved. Here we are when I was about 7 1/2 months along with Lil' man:
Lil Man kept his baby blue eyes untill just over 6 months of age. (at 6 weeks in the below pic)
Him at around 18 months with a BLONDE curly 'fro!
and 2 months ago...
Ahh...how the years have flown. He is officially registered to start kindergarten next fall...

Thank you for the birthday wishes. I still can not believe how fast the lst 5 years have gone by. It sems so long yet like it was just last year.
He is the one who has really made me stay on my toes. Truly an old soul in a young body. Which is why we call him lil' man.
p.s. the hat he is wearing was from a thrift store find i just knew he would love. I have a pic of him with his leather bomber jacket and this hat on. He resembles a paper boy from the early 20th century. The Captain picks at me about it, but I LOVE it when he gets ready to go and fetches his hat to wear. It is a favorite of his too.
Country girl~I wanted to do them again with frog but the finances were tight since I was not working during that pregnancy.They are some of my most treasured pictures. The one of Panda with her cheek on my belly is professionaly framed and is my favorite of her so far.
